Em is so brilliant. She made up these little dandies all on her lonesome and I think they are genius! (We will be making these for our March zoo as well)
Here are the supplies needed for finger puppets:
The cheap stretchy gloves
A stack of felt, your choice of colors
Hot glue gun
Em has a huge stack of felt that she is going to bring. But be sure to bring your huge stack as well.
Also, this is a great project to finally use all those little scraps of felt you have lying around.
(unless of course you're not like me and you don't save every tiny little scrap thinking someday it will come in handy. Shame on you. Don't you feel foolish now.)
Scissors are going to be a definite go for this project. Make sure they are the sharp kind that can cut through felt. (And I imagine the smaller ones might be a tad bit easier for cutting such small little pieces. Just a thought)
When is the time/date for March? And cutest blog on the block has monkey backgrounds, FYI, not that you have to use it. You do a great job on the blog!
